This isn't the time for intensity—instead, we'll navigate the changes in your body with exercises and mindful movements. Your well-being and that of your baby are paramount. As you transition to the Postnatal phase, our sessions will evolve to support your journey back to fitness. Here, the focus shifts to helping you regain and progressively build your strength. Each session is designed with your unique postpartum needs in mind, emphasizing a gradual and empowering approach to reclaiming your fitness level. In both stages, our sessions are your dedicated time for self-care and mindful movement, providing the support you need on this incredible journey.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans can change. To ensure a fair and efficient scheduling process for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: You have up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session to cancel or reschedule without incurring any charges. Late cancellations or no-shows result in the loss of the scheduled session, and no refund or credit will be provided. The 24-hour cancellation policy is in place to allow us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment to others in need. By scheduling a session with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
