This isn't the time for intensity—instead, we'll navigate the changes in your body with exercises and mindful movements. Your well-being and that of your baby are paramount. As you transition to the Postnatal phase, our sessions will evolve to support your journey back to fitness. Here, the focus shifts to helping you regain and progressively build your strength. Each session is designed with your unique postpartum needs in mind, emphasizing a gradual and empowering approach to reclaiming your fitness level. In both stages, our sessions are your dedicated time for self-care and mindful movement, providing the support you need on this incredible journey.
I have a very strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24-hours before your appointed time or you will still be responsible for paying for the session. Late cancellations or no-shows result in the loss of the scheduled session, and no refund or credit will be provided. By scheduling a session with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
