What are the COVID-19 guidelines in the studio?

Our top priority is to make the studio safe.  Please stay home if you or a member of your household are sick or showing symptoms of COVID-19.

The mask is optional for now.  We will keep monitoring and evaluating the situation as time goes by.

Clients are required to wash/sanitize hands before & after class.  We have hand sanitizer stations set up at the studio.

How do I sign up for class?

You can sign up for classes here.  After you signed up you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking.  You can view, cancel, or reschedule your future bookings on your member page.

Do I need a reservation to come to class?

Yes! You can sign up here and reserve a spot.  If the class is full, please contact us to ask to be put on the waitlist.  

How does the waitlist work?

Classes have a limited number of spots, but don't worry if your desired time is filled up.  Sign up for the waitlist – it usually moves quickly and you'll likely get a spot.

Members who've already reserved spots have up to 12 hours before the start of the class to cancel so keep an eye out for your waitlist position around that time.

If a spot opens up for you, you'll be notified via email or text message,  You'll have to option to confirm or deny.

The waitlist closes 2 hours before the start of the class.  If you didn't make it off the waitlist, don't worry – we're expanding our schedule!

What is your cancellation policy?

I have a very strict 24-hour cancellation policy.  If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24-hours before your appointed time or you will still be responsible for paying for the session.


There are no exceptions to this policy.

How do I pay for my classes/packages?


You can pay your classes/packages with Venmo, ApplePay, GooglePay, cash or check.

You can book your classes after you signed up to the website and a payment have been posted.

Payment must be done by the first day of class.

What should I bring to class?

Bring water and your big smile.  Sticky socks are not mandatory.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Absolutely!  Surprise someone with a gift certificate.  Contact us and we'll work with you to put together the perfect gift.

How can I manage my bookings? 

When you sign up to the website, you are creating an account for you to visit anytime you want.  From this member page, you can easily book, cancel and reschedule any bookings. We are also keeping track of your classes.  We will inform you by email when it is time to renew your package or book more classes.
