MY STORY
I've been a mover since I was 12. Back then, the gym was my sanctuary—the one place where I felt in control of my body and my life. That passion for movement never left me.
Years later, when I discovered Pilates, everything clicked. I was searching for
something that engaged the whole body in a truly meaningful way—and I found it. One class on the reformer changed everything for me.

My Approach: The Power of Biomechanics
The way I work is grounded in biomechanics – the science of how your body moves. Biomechanics studies the mechanical principles of living organisms, looking at how muscles, bones, tendons, and ligaments work together to create movement. It's about understanding the "why" and "how" behind every exercise.
When I apply biomechanics to Pilates, I'm not offering you generic exercises. Instead, I'm analyzing your unique body – your structure, your movement patterns, your strengths, and your limitations – and tailoring each session specifically to you. This means I can help you move more efficiently, build strength where you need it most, improve your mobility safely, and prevent injuries by working with your body's natural mechanics rather than against them.

My studio is clean, bright, and airy, with plenty of natural light. It is equipped with state-of-the-art Pilates equipment, including Reformers, Cadillac, High Chairs, Wunda Chair, Arm Chair, Ped-o-pul and Barrels, to ensure that you get a challenging and effective workout.
My space is designed to provide a supportive and welcoming environment where you can focus on your practice and achieve your goals.
