Cancellation Policy

I have a very strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24-hours before your appointed time or you will still be responsible for paying for the session. Late cancellations or no-shows result in the loss of the scheduled session, and no refund or credit will be provided. By scheduling a session with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as it helps us provide the best service to all our clients. There are no exceptions to this policy. Thank you for your cooperation.
