Online Mat for Everyone is a great way to keep practicing Pilates from the comfort of your own home or anywhere with an internet connection. It's a flexible, convenient and effective way to maintain your Pilates practice. Terms & Conditions & Liability: I understand that participating in any exercise program, including Pilates, carries inherent risks. These risks include but are not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, falls, or more serious medical events. I knowingly assume full responsibility for my participation and for ensuring a safe workout environment in my home. I confirm that I will practice in a clear, safe space free from hazards (e.g., furniture, pets, slippery floors). I am solely responsible for choosing a location that allows safe movement and adequate space. I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have consulted with my doctor before beginning this or any exercise program. I will notify the instructor of any relevant medical conditions or limitations. If I experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath, I will stop immediately and seek medical attention. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless [Your Studio Name], its owner, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, related to any loss, injury, or damages that may arise during or as a result of my participation in online classes I acknowledge that technical difficulties such as internet outages, video/audio lag, or other disruptions are possible and are not the responsibility of Pilates with Marie LLC. I agree not to record, reproduce, or share any portion of the online class without express written permission from Pilates with Marie LLC. By booking this class and checking the required box at checkout, I affirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms above. You'll have access to class recordings for 15 days. $20/class
